P5 Gradual Difficulty Maths Topical Tests (Revised)
產品介紹
Gradual Difficulty Maths Topical Tests is a series of six books written in accordance with the latest MOE Primary Mathematics Syllabus. They are written specially to cater to the needs of primary school pupils in their preparation for tests and examinations in schools, and eventually the Primary School Leaving Examination. Each topical test is categorised into different levels of difficulty, thus promoting progressive learning to achieve competency and confidence in the subject. Questions for the topical tests are arranged according to the different levels of difficulty — Basic, Advanced and Challenging. Basic In this level, the questions test pupils’ fundamental mathematical concepts and skills. Advanced In this level, the questions introduced are of increased difficulty as compared to the basic level. The questions test pupils’ ability to consolidate and further develop their concepts and skills. Challenging In this level, the questions are complex in nature, testing pupils’ higher order thinking skills. These questions provide an insight to non-routine, openended and real life problems normally asked in tests and examinations. Two Continual Assessments and two Semestral Assessments are included to reinforce concepts learnt and to gauge pupils’ level of competency in the various topics. Full worked solutions to all questions are provided to help pupils develop effective problem-solving skills and also to facilitate self-checking.
